Through the network of each executive and Board advisors, several top candidates have been identified for key positions to be hired concurrent to our company's growth.

 

When fully staffed at the 3 year point, we forecast a headcount of approximately 130 people in the USA operation based in a 100,000 sq. ft. factory and 30,000 sq. ft. of office. With each of the key functional areas staffed by Helix executives, we will interface and leverage technology and full service suppliers of goods and services to ensure we strike the right balance of value generation and nimbleness.
